exclusive butler service to enhance overall quality of stay. This

in a timely manner. From arranging reservations and laundry, to serving
afternoon tea or simply making sure that everything is in order, a
butler will be on hand to carry out all duties with a genuine Balinese
smile.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
Laundry Service and dry cleaning is available in 24 hours
Our
staff will be on hand to arrange your daily laundry, our staff could
send the dirty cloth to the local laundry company with whom we cooperate
the (Laundry Price List is available in the room). Please ensure that
you relay any special instructions for the care of your garments
directly to the staff to prevent any harm to your clothing, particularly
if you have any garments made of silk or delicate fabric. To avoid
misunderstandings, please make sure you give your dry cleaning to the
staff separately from your regular laundry, and ensure that the staffs
understands that these items are to be dry cleaned only. You
will be asked to sign a dry cleaning or laundry bill each time your
clothes are sent out for professional care. All charges for laundry
& dry cleaning will be presented to you. Typically this service
requires one full day services.
TAXI AND SHUTTLE SERVICE
Taxi & Shuttle Service
The options for transportation in Bali are to self-drive or to have a car with a driver. We strongly recommend that you hire a car and driver for the duration of your stay in Bali. Renting motor bikes is also an option (please see the Driving in Bali on the Travel Tips section of this book).
The Hotel’s vehicles are available for transfer services. To support our transportation service, we also collaborate with the village’s transportation community to assist us in providing transportation services to our guests.

Shuttle Service schedule to and from down Town Ubud
For your convenience, we provide a shuttle service that will take you from the resort to the center of Ubud as well as to bring you back. The shuttle is found at the Ubud parking central on Jln. Suweta. No reservation is needed if you would like to take this service but advance notice is always appreciated.

understands the importance of a good breakfast to start the day off

As the sun goes down, Alice Restaurant
transforms into a romantic environment complete with elegant table
settings, flickering candles and mood music drifting through the night
air. A semi-fine dining menu takes guests on a flavourful journey of
culinary excellence driven by sustainably sourced ingredients from the
land and sea. A weekly schedule of themed dinners includes a Balinese
Cultural Night and International BBQ featuring live cooking stations and
entertainment.

With its amazing view and unique thatched rooftop held in place by thick bamboo columns, Play Bar & Lounge is a casual venue where guests can come to eat, drink and relax. This breezy open-plan pavilion brings a carefree tropical vibe to hinterland Ubud. Located above the main restaurant, it serves preferred beverages such as fresh juices, gourmet coffee, cocktails, boutique wines, icy cold beers and top-shelf spirits throughout the day until late. Play Bar & Lounge is also an idyllic spot to savour a laid-back lunch or light dinner from an Asian-fusion menu with a local Balinese twist.
INFINITY POOL
Inspired by the gentle curves of Bali’s famed Tegalalang Rice Terrace,Pool is spread over three distinctive levels. Each infinity pool is a refreshing body of water that lends itself to tropical relaxation and there is ample deck space to lie back and soak up the sun. Offering a collection of shaded cabanas and a unique circular seating pod, this picturesque venue recreates the ambience of an exclusive day club in a lush river valley setting.
The pool is open daily for the pleasure of all in-house guests. A full menu of drinks, light bites and more substantial Asian-fusion dishes from the adjacent Play Bar & Lounge can be served around the pool. A day pass is also available for outside visitors to swim, chill out and enjoy the resort’s food & beverage facilities.
